Convert file to wordpress

I'm looking for a Wordpress Expert, we are a design studio and have a lot of work, we've designed a website, and we need to upload it in Wordpress, because our developer is full of work right now, we would like to use the7 theme, that we've already installed in the server and it is ready to use. But we need somebody able to modify the theme to adapt it exactly as our design, keeping all responsive functionalities and theme's updates. En días pasado hemos diseñado un website y necesitamos a alguien que lo pueda montar en wordpress ya que nuestro desarrollador actualmente esta muy ocupado. Nos gustaría usar el teme the7, el cual esta instalado y listo para configurar en wordpress. Pero necesitamos a alguien que sea capaz de modificar el tema, para que se vea igual a nuestro diseño, pero manteniendo todas sus funcionalidades de responsive y capacidad de actualizarse sin perder información.
