Wordpress site mod

I have a wordpress template and I need some modification done to it.

1. I need the design structure changed to match the image

2. Changing the colour of some of the sections

3. Adding Twitter Feed Plugin < Plugin Provided

4. Adding Basic Contact Form Plugin < Plugin Provided

5. Modify structure to match our example

I need this done within the next 1-2 hours.
