Wordpress copy content from Html site

We have set up a new site in Wordpress and have already copied a few pages of content from the old html site.
We need the rest of the content copying from the old site to the new site. Do not copy any code, only content into the new pages.
The new text needs to be copied correctly like the old site, you may use shortcodes to make the content look neat, sometimes in columns.

new WP site to copy to: http://www.boqueteoutdooradventures.com/wpnew/
easy quick job needs to be done tomorrow.
approx 25+ pages to copy, every page needs to be named excatly the same as the old html page.
I have installed a plugin so that you can click Customize to change the url address of each page.
for example the old url of About Us page is http://www.boqueteoutdooradventures.com/about.html
the new one is the same, eg: http://www.boqueteoutdooradventures.com/wpnew/about.html
