joomla upgrade old version 1.5 to a new 2.5 joomla update maybe translate frontpage

on the site [login to view URL] project on website about site upgrade it from the old version 1.5 to the 2.5 joomla what will you charge for this upgrade and do you have time here between christmas and new year ? also depending on price I would like to make a translator only on the frontpage with a flag danish and english they can click on I will make the translation so it will just need to be put in so forexample write: language/sprog the danish and english flag logo and then the frontpage will be in english the rest in the original language on the other pages only the frontpage need a translator
