Facebook Javascript SDK to fix user filter on website

Hello, I've accepted Facebook user_photos permission from Facebook and I am trying to get a user friends who liked the user photo and show it out, but now it's buged and showing some other users. some of them not friends at all. I want someone to fix this problam for me REMOTLY , what I want in reall :

To get random 3 Friend IDS from user photo likes and their name meantime, for example we can get TOP 10 liked user (most liked on photos) and take their ID and name, or TOP COMMENT . for more details I will chat with you, if you've read the description please type "SHADOW"" in ur proposal. Thanks Budget 10 $. (| it's simple, since I've already coded just some fixes require, hard to explain like this)
