Building a HTML email template

I would like to have an email template built for my accommodation business.
We send out quotes for accommodation with links to our website showing the customers the suggested property.
I would like the email to be pre populated with approx 50 hyperlinks each with a check box. When a check box is ticked only those ticked will populate the email.
That way I can send a quote to a customer with links to two or three properties that suit their needs. Currently we are copying and pasting in the links which is very time consuming.
It will also need a field to fill in a price.
