Hi,
Using a set of drawings for a 5 bedroom house (which I will provide) I need a full breakdown of what is needed to construct the residence.
The breakdown of items and quantities should include all materials, labour, plant/equipment, landscaping costs and any relevant site overheads.
The list of items and quantities should show detailed calculations / workings out, descriptions of each item of work required, and all assumptions should be stated too.
Your list can be presented in Excel or a report format generated from a piece of estimating software, or any format that you think will be best suited to this type of task.
After we receive your list it will be given to a researcher to get quotations for each item in your list. So, your list needs to be as comprehensive and clear as possible so that the researcher can use it to do their research. With quotations for each item in your list (received from our researcher), we are hoping to then be able to get an accurate estimate of how much it will cost to build the 5 bedroom house.
