Make me a tool to run n number instances of an app

[login to view URL] I need a simple tool made to open a .jar game client, rename the window title to the respective server (i.e. RSCE1, RSCE2 . . . RSCR1, RSCR2 . . . and bot1, bot2. . .) The language of the tool does not matter to me much, but I am not too sure how this would work if there was an update or change to the interface of any of these in the future. One of the Jar launchers has a checkbox and needs to be unchecked also before launch. Id like to keep a spreadsheet or text file list of accounts for each server with accounts so I can easily update and then enter # of instances to launch, change window title yes/no, and then select which information to enter in the login for them.
