Wordpress Website with Dashboard

The previous developer quit and we have a deadline of Sep 10th. This website is to replace the existing site at www.panrimo.com. It is an online service that assists students that want to study abroad. Students create an account, select where they want to study, and pay the tuition. Once paid, a school administrator would assign documents to each student that would appear in their student dashboard. Admin Backend - Probably utilize WP admin ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]), school administrators will need ability assign courses, travel itenerary, and housing info to individual students Process 1. Student Creates Free Account -Completes new user form with unique info that is then populated into a public student profile and a private student dashboard. -Client would like some kind of Docusign integration that would allow for applications to be signed electronically and saved to their account. -Once they complete the registration on the website, their details should be visible on the student’s dashboard. 2. Student begins completing tasks. -After creating an account, the dashboard would automatically display a number of tasks that need to be completed. -Some would require documents to be uploaded. -Some would require forms to be completed. -After each task is marked as complete, a status bar would update at the top of the dashboard with the student’s progress - showing what percentage of the tasks have been completed. 3. Payments -The student dashboard should also include an area that shows the total fees required to be paid by the student, how much has been paid, and what they have left to pay. -Students should be able to make payment directly on the website (using Stripe). Display Courses These are unique courses for each student. -To set this up, the admin should be able to select from a predefined list on the backend which course is relevant for the student. The admin should also be able to easily add new courses if it is new and not in the existing list. 5. Travel Itinerary -The site admin should be able to upload a pdf travel itinerary to each of the students dashboard that can be downloaded by the student. 6. Housing Info -The site admin should be able to upload a pdf detailing the housing info to the student’s dashboard that can be downloaded by the student. -The student should be able to click into other resources about the country/region where they’ll be studying. -These should be selected by the admin from a predefined list - unique to each student.
