I need to redesign parts of a website. There are quite a lot of changes, which all are described in the PDF attached that is this project.
A few notes:
1. Everything needs to be designed for mobile/tablet view as well.
2. Please be aware that I need the sections and pages styled in CSS and look EXACTLY as per the PDF. If there are any uncertainties, then please don't do on your own, but ask me.
3. We will need to work out correct active/hover states for all the links and buttons as well.
4. All image and icon files will be provided after the freelancer will be chosen.
