Website integration for 2 wordpress scripts

I require an experienced wordpress freelancer to complete a job within 1 week as below. Must have good credentials and be able to deliver on time and budget.
I have purchased a wordpress script and require another basic wordpress classifieds script add on to be integrated so that both scripts operate as one website including same colours , headers and footers.
Other work –
1. install logo to correct size,
2. install new home page sliders – to be provided
3. Several changes to headings including removal of some links in different areas of the site but mainly home page and footer.
4. Add other icons/logos to home page and footer
5. The script has a subscriber area with option for social media login included - I require a change so the subscriber must complete a form and agree to site terms. The site terms should be in back end so they can be modified if needed.
6. Currently the script runs allowing a user to view all areas of the site however 2 areas should be for subscribers only – when clicked this should default to “subscribe” this needs to be corrected.
7. Add new blank page for “about us”
8. Pre purchased wordpress SEO and multi language add-ons to be loaded
9. Allow several hours for site content to be placed and positioned correctly
10. Allow 10 hrs of other changes to the working main script functions.
11. All changes and modifications should be responsive for mobile- currently both scripts are responsive.
Generally allow for a quality job and no short cuts please. The site should flow well between the main script and classifieds script including colours and look identical to the main site. Last, I would request daily updates and to work with the developer to complete this project on time and budget.
