Whilst the site to be mimicked is broadly represented across the web, reference to the site is used simply for ease of use, task and delivery of outcomes. The site to be developed with neither copy the content, nor compete but rather reflects a similar outcome expected by our client. Unlike the mimicked site, it will not deliver a consumer based product, service or otherwise. The site is a resource tool. There will be a commerce component but unique to the site and for future development upon launch of the site (contemporaneous development with roll out). Certain elements of the site concept being sensitive, will be easily disclosed and become apparent with the domain name and the mimicked site. There will be no breach of copyright, intellectual property or otherwise. There will be an expectation the site can be taken to AP based format on both iOS and Android platforms.
