Shopify experts needed for theme customization: Design & Development

We are running an ecommerce WordPress website with a Shopify theme.
We're looking for a designer and/or a front-end developer who can customize the design of a WordPress Shopify theme in order for it to have the look and feel exactly how we specify in our specification.
So overall we are looking for a talented individual contractor, who possesses both design and programming skills or an agency, who can do the following:
create custom design mockups based on the layout specification that we will provide
implement the design, using the mockups provided by the designer
You need to understand how the shopify framework works and be able to make changes accordingly.
Technical Requirements:
Expert skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Expert skills in WordPress, Shopify
Must be able to build custom integrations with Shopify
Experience working with Git (project will be hosted on [login to view URL] platform)
Experience in Working with Shopify and WordPress is a MUST
Good knowledge of Liquid programming language
Other requirements:
Responsibility
Availability 24/7 + Skype communication
Good English skills
Graphic Design Knowledge - Photoshop, etc.

Highlight all aspects of the site that you were responsible for developing
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements
You must agree to not share this project on any portfolio or cite it as a work example due to an agreement we have with our client.
