I need a very basic website where users can upload .xml setting files (20kb max size) without registering. The user will also need to select from some dropdown boxes what the settings file is for. (e.g. Questing, Grinding, Dungeon, Raiding) Once the file has been uploaded it should be displayed on a page with other settings files that users have uploaded. (If possible maybe a search feature to narrow down the current uploaded files.)
