School Project: A Database System For Automobile Company

I quickly need a perfect solution to my school project. I am behind schedule and I do not want to take the risk of designing it myself exicon HA Auto Care Limited are experts in automobile repairs, this includes tyres, car servicing, exhaust, brakes, and air conditioners. Lexicon HA is owned by Mr Koiki and was established on march 2011. Lexicon HA has been tipped to become a major player in the Nigerian automobile repair sector. It has a wide customer base representing people from Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, calabar, kogi, etc. Providing services not limited to: wheel alignment, tracking, flat tyre, oil change etc. At present, a minimum of no fewer than ten customers with appointment are attended to in a day and appointments can be booked in advance, however there is a growing concern towards Lexicon HA modus operand as it presently uses a manual based system for its operation purpose which has been proved to be unreliable, prone to errors and labour intensive. Due to the sensitive and meticulous nature of the services provided by Lexicon HA auto care, an automated system has been identified to aid isolate the drawbacks identified by Lexicon HA auto care’s present system When the project is completed and the software is installed the company will be able to know how many car’s a company or customer has, also the company will be aware of the inventory level and provide better customer service. The project will also make operations more efficient, consistence, and accurate. The project will enable me to explore analysis and design techniques in depth and in a real world environment. The project will offer me an opportunity to design and develop a database application; it will also enable me to develop an understanding of the skills acquired during my studies.
