Rotating Banners

Go to: [login to view URL] You’ll see several banner in different sizes ( see the varuius banner sizes on this theme we use for this website: [login to view URL]) These banners come from the theme interface in the WP admin area, and we can embed these banners anywhere we choose through page builder in the page itself and as many as we want. Currently if we assign more than one banner to that location, the selected banners will change upon page refresh. What we want is ANY of these banners will rotate unlimited number of banners (although we probably stay with 4-5 banner each), we also want to select the number of seconds between banner rotation. We want the banners to be loaded through the theme interface as the static ones are now but for each one we can load as many as we want and for however time to rotate between banners. Once the rotating banner has a name given through the interface, we will be able to embed it through page builder on any page we want including the header and footer. Please let me know if you know how to do this and general idea of cost as we are very limited with the budget.
