Placing contents of document into a well designed business microsoft word template

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to provide very basic design skills, and take contents that I have written on two pages, and design a very simple, nicely formatted microsoft word business information document, and copy my written contents into the document.

It does not need to be overly creative, but should include some colour, be well formatted, business-like, incorporate our corporate logo, and be visually pleasing to the eye.

I will send through the contents of the two page typed document to the selected freelancer, as well as my firm contact information and details, our logo, and logo colours.

I require the project to be delivered in the next 6 hours.

I have attached an example of a design that is generally what I am looking for, but feel free to change as you see fit.

Please let me know whether you are interested, and start your proposal with the word "Happiness".
