I need some Graphic Design for Music Album Cover

We are a band named The Kodiak! An alternative rock group from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We are in the process of recording and finalizing our debut album. We are in need of a design for our album cover. To make it simple, I'd like to let you listen to some of our music, and with that we would like a clean, simple, surreal/salvador dahli'ish setting. Nothing too out of touch with reality though.
The band has some requirements to be incorporated into the cover.
1. Surreal aspects
2. attributes from each of the band members, which you can contact us for that at the stated email address.
3. try to keep it simple, not busy or cluttered.
4. A vivid color palate, but try and shy away from bright yellows, oranges, or reds.
This will be for the album front and back.
Our starting price offered is $100.
