Provider need a deep knowledge in PHP codigniter and wordpress to make site live. Need IT network to move data from old to new drive, and make website live. It need to configure email server to avoid spam and setup a tight security. Need to make sure that no malware and virus in on server and optimize server speed. Need to make sure that email from import contact work hotmail, yahoo, gmail , .edu, net and other email extension to not go to spam folder. Make sure that the server have a tight security and no firewall is blocking ip and outgoing mail is not sending out spam. Need to make sure that all necessary plugin for email server, file compression, virus is all install. Please see attachment to fix import contact
