Hi I have several years of experience in re-purposing existing websites for mobile platforms. My expertise lies in Responsive web design, CSS3 along with javascript MVC libraries. You may find more details in my profile. Further looking at the project description, it seems to be a majority of CSS and some HTML changes. But do you see an a change happening to javascript code base? What is your target end date? I assume that you have some spec for the mobile layout. Or should I define how the mobile layout looks? I can do this, if required. If this is only CSS and HTML changes then I may be able to finish it faster. Please let me know.
