I feel like this project is not only right up my alley in terms of skill required, but also in terms of my personal interests. The reason I became an artist in the first place, was so that I may one day create my own anime or manga. So I've been specifically practising to find good styles in the medium. My personal favourite mangaka styles are; Takeshi Obata's, Ito Ōgure's and Sui Ishida's. However, that being said I'll be happy to work with any style. I'll do my best to use a style of your choosing, that best illustrates the script you've already written. I understand that choosing the right freelancer is difficult, especially if it's someone new to the platform with no previous reviews. So to try an make up for that, I'll be happy to draw you a manga panel example to demonstrate a baseline skill level. And I lastly just want to address my bid price, The site won't allow me to bid lower than my countries minimum wage which is 19USD. But I'd be happy (and prefer) to bid lower, my original bid was 10 USD/H, which the site annoyingly refused to accept. If you'd like, I'd be glad to discuss and confirm further details in a message.
