Make HTML landing pages functional, API integration

We know basic HTML... but need to make these pages function properly... Our landing pages would need to direct the contacts information into Maropost (our email service provider).. I believe you would use their API integration to do so.
Please show us some working examples of landing pages you have made that would do this.
