Mail Merge function for Plotter/Printer (AxiDraw V3/A3)

This was asked before, but need the same services. Business purpose. Print multiple letters/envelopes. I need a solution for an AxiDraw V3 plotter I just purchased. I want to use MS Word/Excel Mail Merge feature to print multiple letters with individual names & then Multiple envelopes with different addresses. I would like the ability to press (Enter or space bar ) to print the next name on list. The printer will need to be manually loaded after each letter/envelope. I think this open source plotter requires SVG type file to print. I am not sure how to do this or know of the easiest way. Evil Mad Scientist site recommends Inkscape for plotter. I am not interested in any art only strictly in printing multiple merged data file one by one.
