Job Portal/ATS/ Recruitment system

Hi, I am looking for someone, to develop a Job Portal/ATS/ Recruitment system. It can be based on wordpress platform. Here is a few requirments. Job seekers: - upload cv/build - import cv from linkedin. - Video Resume Upload/creation - Online Application - Job search - Job Alerts - Resume Parser Employer: - job Posting - Job search - Application Tracking - Screening Questionnaires - different job posting/services packages - features... - Employer Sub Accounts - Employer Reports - restriction on viewing on cv: name, birth date ..., until they buy a access there is a few more to come. Administrator and Advisor account. Same like the employer account + - send candidates to selected employer accounts. - create candidate profile, from CV - add banner on top, side , etc - Resume Parser - import jobs over xml or api - list each employer job on theier website, (iframe) additional to this Android and Iphone app, simple one. Full details will be given later. Important: need to be abale to translate into an other language easy.
