Hire a CSS Designer

Task is to develop more 2-3 modern styles of pages so user will be able to select screen skins from menu. All pages generated by script - so required changes in html header (sample different CSS file can be done automatically). Design must be hand-written in minimalistic CSS/HTML and NOT generated by some HTML editor with large amount of non used things. Design must be simple/lightweight but modern. You can offer sample design for pages Commax2 and Commax5, so we will able to decide - is it acceptable or no. If basic device will be negotiated, we can provide full set of pages for testing. Changes in script code is NOT required - we just need design that will allow us to change in most simple way overall look of page to more modern. Changes in scripts will be done by other programmer. Design patterns must have common things/common changes so different skins/styles can be changed just by changes limited amount of places in code - sample just one CSS in header. Graphics must be lightweight to allow it load fast over low speed link and not eat extra traffic if user use it in roaming over costly internet.
