Graphic Designer That Specializes In 2D & 3D Apparel Modeling - Fashion Design Experience A Plus

We need a graphic designer that can take a pencil sketch and pictures of deign elements and create both flat 2D layouts and realistic 3D images using eps files or something similar. I have attached examples of each plus what we need from an output standpoint. This will be ongoing project as we will be adding new products every couple months. Initially, we need 2D layouts and 3D images of seven soccer jerseys and shorts. Ideally we're able to find someone with fashion design experience who can help with the design side as well. I need submissions for an hourly rate, an estimation of time to complete each kit (jersey & shorts), and examples of work.
