Graphic Designer - U.S. / English Speaking Preferred

Hello: I am in need of a graphic designer to work with our company. We currently have a failry simple project which is detailed below. We recently had our old graphics guys leave for the military and are looking to develope a long-term relationship with someone who we can use regularly. The key things we want to see from you are: located in the United States and are willing to discuss project work over the phone regularly, reliability, and a proven track record with past references and examples of your work. The graphic will be the main image located at the top of their new website.
