Who we are: Sindeo is a San Francisco start-up on a mission to change things up in the mortgage industry to make getting home easier. The Marketing & industry team are looking for a creative, efficient, detail-oriented person who is passionate about their work and willing to go above and beyond to create a brand that helps us revolutionize a tired industry. Your responsibilities include: - Following our brand standards - Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts - Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials from stakeholders. - Illustrating concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. - Amending final designs to client's comments and gain full approval - Working as part of a team with copywriters, managers, developers etc. Types of work: - Infographics - Social media artwork - Flyers, postcards, business cards, general business branding - Email templates - Powerpoint presentations - Some web design Graphic Designer Skills and Qualifications: - Proven graphic designing experience - Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas - Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc). HTML a plus. - Highly proficient in all design aspects - Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
