Email Design Specialist
$2-8 AUD / hora
I need a talented and seasoned designer to provide extensive email design services. My requirements include:
- Creating engaging newsletter templates
- Crafting compelling graphics for email campaigns
- Handling triggers, automations, subscriber lists and segmentation
The designer should be comfortable working with either Zoho Campaigns or Campaign Monitor platforms. Experience with these platforms is highly desirable. The ability to perfectly blend in our brand into designs is equally crucial.
Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have the ability to switch up the design style based on the job requirements whether it's a clean, modern design or something colorful and vibrant. So, flexibility in terms of design style is key.

Overall we are looking for a reliable Virtual Design Assistant with their own computer and internet to work from home.
The area of the business that you would be servicing is in healthcare and is working inside of Australian Time Zone (Brisbane) 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
Personality traits for this role is someone who has a high value on the following:
- very organised and likes following processes to complete a task
- Someone who cares about the brand and has a strong attention to detail for design
- loves helping businesses achieve important milestones
- good with tech and excited to learn a new system
- is transparent and a good communicator (likes to-do lists and note-taking)
- Can take feedback well and understands it's not personal it is just the standard of work required
- confident and timely with tasks (does not procrastinate with scheduled work)
- Able to creatively lead brand identity work and maximise the coordination of design
- is honest and not afraid to ask for help or say when they are not sure / or have made a mistake (we can help you fix almost any issue)
- is good with identifying mistakes and is proactive in assisting us to address them
Skills already acquired from previously doing this work:
- Experience in Brand and designing emails/website skills?
- Create beautiful emails using Canva?
- brand expert in design
- creation and recreation
- canvas size management (for platform-specific)
- Exporting skills / File size management (PNG, JPG, GIF, MP4) ?we are not wanting you to use Adobe as it is not part of our workflows, although skills will transfer.
Zoho Email Campaigns
- create and design email templates
- setup transactional templates
- setup triggers / workflows / automation
- manage subscriber lists and create segments of audiences
- run and test campaigns ?- make improvements to campaigns before sending to database
We will be using an email software similar to Mail Chimp or Campaign Monitor.
