Ebook Layout Design - Beginner's Guide to Kettlebell Training

Hello, I am interested in having the design layout created for an ebook I am working on. I am looking for this to be created and file format delivered in Adobe Indesign, along with any appropriate Master Pages, Character Styles, and Paragraph Styles, and Table of Contents included to be visually appealing. I have a majority of the content created, however simply do not have time to set up the design layout. I will provide the specifications below, along with the content, page design look and feel, as well as a sample ebook I'd like the layout to resemble style wise. Specifications: Page Size: 7" x 10" Cover: not necessary Total Pages: ~15 Fonts: Bebas, Avenir, and Flama are all good File Type: Adobe Indesign (this will go towards a downloadable pdf and epub later) Pictures and Videos: If I do not provide all these in this moment simply a placeholder will be fine Design Style I'd like modeled closely after: [login to view URL] Once again, I am primarily interested in the design layout (sent in Adobe Indesign) with the ability for me to insert videos at a later time, as well as any pictures that I will be adding in soon.
