Develop a Creative Website - UX 80% Mock Up Concept Provided

This website development project is for a person that has experience with wordpress ux design experience and php css3 development. The idea is to convert the attached company overview brochure into a website. It is important that the website theme typography follows the same guidelines as the brochure. The site will be developed into different pages for example, portfolio, services the general menus that a site has. I am only seeking expressions of interest for developers that have experience in ux development. The successful applicant will be provided additional work depending on the outcome of this project.
