Design a T-Shirt

Tee shirt design I'm posting this a job project (instead of contest) because I need the completed design file by Thursday, June 15, 1pm, East Standard Time, US. Design components: 1) Hartt Suzuki Institute 2) "Beautiful tone, beautiful heart." 3) Shinichi Suzuki (name of music teacher who said quote) 4) Hartt Community Division Logo (Logo should be placed at horizontally at bottom of image) 5) Your design and possible additional image (your creation) to unite the design. 6) Two color design: white and pink. Hartt Logo must be white but all other design features and which elements are white or pink are up to you. Important additional information: 1) Design image is going on Black Tee shirt. 2) Tee shirts are for youth and adult sizes, so design should look great and be readable on smaller and larger scale. 3) Completed design will be approved by school department before printing. I don't expect they will request any changes to design, but if they do, I would forward request for changes back to you after they've reviewed (estimated June 16-23) 4) All File formats ready for tee shirt printer. I'm not a designer but from previous experience I believe that should include: .ai file; EPS with vectors; specific pantone white and pink colors; outlines; fonts; 5) One copy of completed image saved in format that can be printed in black and white on 8.5/11 paper. Tee shirt image is used as cover for a project pamphlet. So it's important that colors are changed from white/pink to something that's visible on white paper. (this aspect could be delivered after June 15 deadline and after design is approved by school department). 6) Attached required Hartt Community Division logo and sample vintage tee shirt design from years ago.
