I am looking to have a set of illustrated posters designed to reflect "Consent Culture" (The objective is to use the posters to educate people about what is NOT appropriate behavior when it comes to sex).
The final campaign will include 8 posters.
Note: a couple of the cartoons will be adult in nature meaning that there will be exaggerated lips, penis, hands and breasts for example.
TONE
The illustrations should be clear and simple illustrations/cartoons (not too busy) of people with exaggerated body parts to emphasize the message through satire.
These posters should be satirical in tone (ie. sarcastic and funny)
The cartoon characters can be male or female and reflect various ethnic backgrounds as consent culture crosses all genders, races, orientations, etc. The characters should look like young adults (for example, mid-20s).

QUOTE
Please provide me with the following quotes:
Phase I: a price to prepare one comp poster (so I can approve the look before proceeding with the rest of the job)
Phase II. a price to prepare comps of the additional 7 posters with different sayings and characters based on the look approved in phase I.
The designer with the best comps in phase I will be selected to complete phase II.
FINAL FILE SPECS
The poster designs should be prepared for output at 300 DPI for print and will be approximately 3' X 5' in size. You will also be expected to provide the artwork as an vector artwork as well as a JPEG. I would own full unrestricted rights to the artwork upon completion.
SAMPLE CREATIVE/COPY
An example of text on the poster could be something like this:

The visual should show show a cartoon male with an extra long penis (think pinnochio) trying to insert it into a female partner in sexy lingerie looking awkward and horrified. (note: her vagina should be somewhat covered by lingerie of some type so it's not totally explicit). The male character should not look rapey or predatorial. Just your average guy, but both characters should appear to be in shape and attractive.
Another example of text/character would be this:
Don’t be a DIRK DIDDLER
Ask first. Get Consent. Then Get sexy.
Pic of a guys with peni for fingers. The second concept would be the same character trying to exaggerated fingers into a woman's vagina (note: it should be somewhat covered by lingerie of some type so it's not totally explicit)
I will provide the remaining poster concepts to the graphic designer selected for the final job.
