Design a Banner [Urgent] 2

Hi

I have a gif banner with two slides (small banner 160x600 pixels 52KB)

I need it modify text over it or make same new one with my required specification but be sure that the color scheme, fonts and animation may be kept same for new banner.

Size: 160x600 Pixels

the file size of any banner should not exceed 150KB,

ideally the banner size should be 100KB or less for fast loading

refresh rate on any graphic or text within the gif should not be less

than 3 seconds

Rest of the details will be provided in PM or chat

NOTE: I need it urgently done, will do prompt payment and will prefer someone who has worked for me in past as this is my 4th or 5th project for banner design.

Plz bid minimum as I use the designer services quite frequently and definitely I will keep giving future projects who can work economically and nicely.
