Home page will have general information about Candidate with Pictures (must include counter)
The Candidate will have detailed information and pictures
Voting Information – Should have list of dates about voting and information and links to Government website
Yard Sign – A page that ask for the Person’s First and Last Name, Email address, address, comments, and Captcha (or better) to prevent spam. After person Submits, should thank them send them a Confirmation email and CC a specific email, then keep a copy in a data based, that tracks Date, time, Yard sign request and all information when submitted to data bases so and website admin can review and add comments when completed. This should also email up to 4 different people that a new request submitted and Basic information.
Volunteer Should be the same functionality with the Volunteer as type, but be listed in database as Donation
Donations Should be the same functionality with the Yard Signs as type, but be listed in database as Donation
Contact me should be a form with some text thanking them allows the user to enter in Email, name and comments Captcha (or better) to prevent spam.
Link – Will be a Table of Site name. (should be able to edit in admin area)
All site pages will include tag to be provided at bottom of page, with copyright 2013, All Rights Reserve.
Website must have an auto back up that will backup site and database that will automatically run twice a day to different files. Local and support FTP/SFTP
Admin areas of site must allow changes and edits to site, text and pictures.
Database should allow export to CSV, Filter and sorting and Email. Editing to Admin only fields (Comment and Y/N completed)
Updates to word press should NOT break this website, so will need specific theme.
I will own hosting site and will provide access to Install and setup site and test.
