Create Wine Labels

I need ten front and ten back wine labels designed. All labels will be 3 inches wide by 5 inches tall. Once approved, I will need .eps, .ai, .pdf, and .jpg versions of each label.
The backs will all be done using the same template, which has already been created. I will provide you with the back label template. With each back label the wine description and name will need to be changed along with UPC and barcode. I will provide all UPC's and wine descriptions.
The front labels will require more work to create. These labels will require creative designing. We want them to be catchy and elegant, using good color schemes, backgrounds and fonts to create labels that will stand out beside other wines on the shelf. I will help with providing a vision for the fronts using pictures and descriptions of what I'm looking for.
The best way to approach this project will be to create each label one by one. The project consists of a total of 10 front labels and 10 back labels. My budget for the front labels is $25 each and $5 each for the backs, as they will require much less work.
I am attaching some labels that I have had created in the past to give you an idea of what type of work this will require. The back labels attached are the templates that you will use to create all 10 back labels.
