Create website using Joomla

Your task will be to create a website in Joomla using a template already customized. The template was already acquired and available.
The website will have 6 main sections (maybe also a blog). The template has versions for desktop and mobile, but it should work on both without major changes
An admin section must allow the management of content and selection of the most important news to display in the home-page
More details in the attached document as well as an image of the main page.
Also a component has to be developed displaying cities around the customer. This will be a map that will show different effects when the mouse hovers over it
For the bids that will be shortlisted I will provide more details
