Convert PSD to HTML

I have two webpage designs in PSD which I need to convert into HTML+CSS. Below are the requirements:
- bootstrap (framework + style)
- SASS
- Google font
- Responsive
- No text in image
Would prefer you send me one or two examples you did in bootstrap and SASS. Interactions in the design needs to be done too. If you are not sure, message and ask before accepting the job.
Designs are attached in the zip. I will send you the psd once you accept the job.
Additional Requirement:
Most of the content/data in the design will be provided in JSON format. The HTML page must read the data in JSON format and generate the layout.
For example, the JSON will include:
- side menu item
- homepage statistic data
- main game area (items, current pool, end time)
- items in current pool
- players in current pool
- deposit history
No static content should be used in the HTML code.
