Change layout size of InDesign Magazines

We have 3 magazines that are designed in InDesign at 10.5" (w) X 11.25" (h), we need the size of the pages changed, which will affect all the type and photos. Your job will be to create a layout, drop each of the pages into the layouts and adjust all images and type TO SCALE so they look like the original PDF. Attached is a sample page, please adjust the sizing to specs below and show us with your bid SPECS.
