Build me a video for a website backdrop

I am currently working on a project where we are rebranding an existing company, where part of this involves the development of a new website. The website design and structure is nearing completion, however the homepage is features a 'hero' type layout above the fold. This contains a key headline with a call to action, as well as transparent header featuring navigation. As part of this, the client has an aspiration to have a 'mesmerising image' featured as the backdrop - i.e. unlike most websites cannot be static. From a technical point of view I find that the best way to do this is with a looping video which can be used as a background for the section. Having discussed with the client potential concepts which they might like, we have settled on a concept that features the earth (at night with lit centres of population) rotating very slowly on its axis. Is should rotate slowly kind of similar to the Earth on BBC's planet earth series ([login to view URL]). I have attached a proof of concept with frames (rough) in the form of a PDF. Please excuse the design and photoshop skills as I am a developer so just looking to convey the idea. We have already purchased brand world imagery for the earth which has been assembled using a mask for your reference available at the link below: [login to view URL] Essentially we need created a video which is of the same format as [login to view URL], with the earth rotating very slowly on it's axis, overlaid on a similar background as supplied. Please omit any text from the video, as this will be overlaid on the website. The video should also feature 'lasers' as shown in the PSD randomly going between centres of population both nationally and internationally. Please try and apply the country imagery over a globe / fisheye so that the 3D effect is convincing. The video needs only to be long enough to complete a full rotation of the earth, so that it loops.
