Build an on-line car rental website using WordPress if possible

I need an on-line car rental website, could be built in WordPress or any other tool, but it should be modern and attractive, and it should work in Arabic language (RTL). I have a sample of what i need , it should be similar to this :

Admin: [login to view URL]
Username: tester
Password: runningman
it should be flexible and has all features in this website, and should send all booking information to 3 emails including credit card info as the confirmation will be done via phone call and contract will be sent via email and will be added to the client account if he registered in the client area.
