Please see the attached specification. Please do not bid without reviewing the specification. Please explain in your bid how you would propose to complete the project. Please ask as many questions as you need to be sure you fully understand this project. It is your responsibility to provide everything outlined in the specification. If something is not possible then you need to let me know before your bid is accepted. The successful tender will: 1) Be able to communicate project updates to me twice weekly. 2) Need to be fully fluent in English (US spelling) 3) Accept that payment will be held in Escrow. Full payment on completion. 4) You will need to operate around GMT time (Ireland). 5) Provide mockup designs outlining your proposed look of the website. 7) Show that they fully understand the brief and can develop all areas. 8) You will need to submit a clear timeline and rough design before your bid will be accepted. a. If the project over-runs on your timeline then the total fee will be deducted by 5% for each week the project is delayed from your deadline. b. It is your responsibility to ensure the timeline is generous and accurate. Please plan for a turnaround time of 24-48hours during weekdays to get responses to the project. 9) You will need to have read the attached file and provide feedback on them. Please provide feedback showing that you fully understand, confirm you can build and completely agree to all items set out in the attached word document. 10) **** The website must be fully functional on all browsers **** 11) **** You will be required to input the website copy ****
