Your idea is clear and fun. I think I would like to see this in perspective as if looking across a piece of parchment. The text is written in by an invisible quill, not from left to right, but rather randomly, almost like a preconceived composition. The camera moves up and pivots to put the text into a straight-on view. It looks pristine and elegant but not done by a computer. Finally, a drop of ink/blood spills and runs ominously, disrupting the tidy script.
