Theme Re-design for a WordPress Site

We are in need of a site re-design for a college summer league baseball team. The current site is www.mydiamonddawgs.com. Not much will change as far as content goes, but we will need a new look and feel that is more colorful. This will requite design and development of a new WordPress theme.
We will need something that incorporates our current tools with more defined columns, eliminating empty white space.
We need a rotating photo section added similar to the one found at www.patriotsglen.org. For the News Release section on the homepage we need a module added so thumbnail photos can be attached to the abstract of the articles.
Within 72 hours of bid acceptance we will require the selected bidder to provide at least 3 design samples for the project.
Please provide examples of your previous WordPress design work, accompanied by your bid. Workers who do not place a bid or provide examples will not be considered for this project.
