wordpress theme development task

Hi, I would like this themes (sitemile project theme) design to be improved as follows;

Please check ignition deck fundify theme and indiegogo . I have attached a picture of how the homepage will look like mixing ss's from these two sites. Functions can be seen on those sites.

In explanation;

--- Header is described below this paragraph,

--- parallax image, slogan above and below play button, explainer video button with popup -play, (by parallax image I mean the sectional images that ca be seen in tubestart . c om , not sure if its the right term).

--- show all categories bar in fundify theme, the buttons on the right side off the bar will be other search query links.

---below is latest campaigns instead of trendings, just like indiegogo, a slider to see more projects.

---Below is same as indiegogo, I will provide test and pictures. All categories part is good if it can be dynamic, if not 25 non-dynmaic categories would be fine as well.

---next part is same as sent in the picture.

---the mosaic picture, on top is join now and subscribe to newsletter buttons, we might use a video instead of a picture here as background.

---than a green modern looking nice footer, right side has the stats just like fundify theme, footer is 4 parts, the rest 3 parts will be links.

Header detail;

I need fundify theme's header, integrated to Project Theme's header with some minor changes. ignition deck fundify

The original header has 2 editable sections, left side navi and right side navi editable from dashboard.

Left side stays as is.

On the right, when Register is clicked, the opening box should look similar to ss 1 (see attach), this is just to show how, I am sure you can make it look better :)

wordpress social login plugin is being used so the buttons should work with it.

when pressed Log-In, similar box will show up, left side of it manual login, right side of it social login.

Once a user is signed in, Register - Login buttons dissapear and a profile icon comes up instead which is a dropdown menu same as the 'the drop' in theme demo.

under this menu, there will be small writing as; you are logged in as xxx, click to log out.

Right side navi still should be functioning from dashboard if we choose to add pages later on, the profile icon drop menu can be edited from code to add links if necessary, better if it can be done from dashboard as well..

and finally; there is this small header piece on top of the original header to link social profiles, eg: dorukulge n . com . Does not need to reflect on dashboard, can be edited from the code. This piece only shows up on homepage.

all will be done on a child theme.

after this; search page, user dashboard, user profile page ve project page will be designed as well. Please put a price tag considering this a milestone for a bigger project as we will continue with you if all is well.
