Web based SQL/PHP database The purpose of the program is to trace sales activity of users and prepare some report. User should have a login/pwd and be part of a group of users. Users the user is a sales man that each month has to fulfill a report report include: Name of user that fulfill the report Nr. of known clients visited => (number filed) List of clients => (txt field) Nr. of new clients visited => (number filed) List of clients => (txt field) Total clients visited => (Sum of above fields) ...and other fields similar to the above... "user can see report for himself user" SuperUsers Can fulfill his own report as user (if exist) and can see all the reports Admin Can add user and superuser and can see all reports Can add field (txt or number) and make them compulsory or not Can decide which reports send trough email and to whom sent Reports Monthly result for all company Monthly summarization of the Users reports (all user in a monthly report) Report for User Report for user comparing with previous Reports should be sent pdf format automatically via email. Reports should be exportable in excel or csv format Design should be simple only logo and some colors.
