E-commerce website from template with extras - Magento

We are a athletic equipment currently operating a e-commerce website on opencart and are looking for an Australian designer to complete a ecommerce upgrade to a new platform and using a template that we have liked from themeforest we wanted to add a heap of adjustments to suit our business. We're after a someone who knows Magento and CMS and can actually manipulate any part of the pages so that we can add personal touches that we are after. If you can't manipulate the website theme after it's purchased, you are not the designer for us, so please do not apply We also need to make sure that with the new website as the new url structures change, we have some very high ranking SERP's that we want to maintain even if the url's change as I expect they will, I would like a solution for the high ranking ones to redirected permanently or the BEST solution if there is a better idea. Things that we want to manipulate from the theme are; We want to add quirky messages when someone clicks to purchase an item. Change the megamenu to a better designed mega menu Change Boldness of Fonts in Megamenu if iit is a parent category Be able to drop text content over the images on categories like an ajax editor? can do or wix allows... In other words, we want control of over design parts once it is in our hands so we can do what you can do in wix? Is this possible??? All simple stuff for a web designer who can definitely make adjustments to the website in the coding and if we need to be able to add stuff can add widgets in the magento platform also :) Side notes - We will not be allowing to add this project to your folio of work to display on any digital or print media or social media that you did the work, there will be no backlinks to your website from the actual website or any messages on the page or in the hidden CMS lines like "web design by abcdefghi web designs" as we feel that weakens our brand and we are paying for the website.
