Build a Website for NGO Using CMS

Website Requirement Need to build a website for an NGO, (this NGO is a Suicide HelpLIne in India) using any of the CMS (joomla/Wordpress). the website will be basic website with 5 pages,2 registration forms and payment gateway integration. This project need to done in two phases the below are the requirements for the two phases. Payment will be done according to phase completion. Phase 1 can be completed immediately but for completing Phase 2 it will take sometime as there will be dependencies from my side mainly for payment gateway I have finalize the bank etc. Phase 2 can be started and completed after 1 month. About Us • This should be the home page and there should be a banner which scrolls some images. Images will be provided by me. • Rest of the page will have a static content Services • This is a static page with some small images on left side and content on right side Our Team • This is a static page with some small images on left side and content on right side Volunteers • This page will be a static content with a link/button below to register whoever is interested • On click of the button a form should open and this will contain some 10 to 12 filed of textbox, dropdowns and submit button. • After submitting the details should be saved in DB and a thank you email has to go to the volunteer and an email about registration should be sent to admin Gallery • No content only to show some photos and YouTube videos (Phase 2) Donation • This page will be a static content with a link/button below to donate whoever is interested • On click of the button a form should open and this will contain some 7 to 8 fields of textbox, dropdowns and submit button. • After submitting the details should be saved in DB and a thank you email has to go to the donor and an email about registration should be sent to admin. • Payment gateway Integration (Static content in Phase 1 and gateway integration in Phase 2) Contact Us • Simple form with 4 fields Name, Phone , Email, Message. • To store values in DB and send an email to admin. Common Requirement • Button Highlighting in each page like “Need Help Call Us” the functionality should be same like the ‘Cick2Call’ feature in [login to view URL] if a user fills the name and mobile number just send an email to admin. • Social Network integration where the buttons are shown in all the pages.
