I am looking to develop a website from scratch that will require design skills and custom coding which will include writing code and not just using plug ins. This website will be the development of an online staffing website. The attachment goes into more detail about what they website will need to accomplish. It may also require an app to go with the website or a good mobile website for use on the go. I prefer to have the website developed using ruby on rails. Job Description: I am looking for a Web Developer to develop an online staffing website. The website will work exactly as a temporary staffing agency but will be completely online. Employees will come to the website, create an account, and then accept posted jobs. Companies will also come to the website and create an account, but they will then post jobs including, location, hours, pay, etc. This will send out a request to all qualified employees who will then be able to accept the job. First come first served type of deal. Most of the jobs will be day labor and just one day in length. Once the employees accept the job they will receive confirmation and reminders to go to the job. They then show up for work and enter their time into the website for the day. This sends a message to the company to approve the timesheets. Once approved I will pay the employees and bill the company for the employees that they have "rented" from me. The capabilities are described in more detail in the included attachment. Your responsibilities: - Review business requirements - Perform a technical analysis of requirements - Produce a solid, detailed technical design - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

Greetings, Just a quick question before we move forward: Are you flexible in the technology, because we do not have Ruby on Rails developers, it's very hard to find developers of ROR but can we work in PHP/MySQL?
