Build a Habbo themed website with its own CMS

Hi, I am looking for someone to fully code a functional habbo themed website. I already have a design that is about 95% complete however there may need to be a few adjustments here and there to maximise the sites appeal. Project Details - Fully develop a fully functional habbo themed website website based on the design provided. - The website must have a user system similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] where users can comment on site articles and publications and have their own mini profile where users can leave comments. - In addition to this the site must be controlled by a central CMS or custom staff panel, which can be discussed. The panel must provide the ability to add and edit news articles, book radio slots, post hotel events, staff communication and etc. A panel can be provided with almost all of these functions which would save a lot of time however it would have to be modified to suit the site needs. - All areas of the site must be functional including a site player with statistics (listeners, current song, album art etc.) provided by an icecast radio service. - All site pages must be loaded within the content areas of the site and not load the entire site over and over. I can provide a screenshot of the design upon request if it will give you a better idea of what the project looks like and what is expected.
